Architecture has long been integral to Airey Miller’s work. Today, we are formally presenting our Architecture team—bringing together proven design leadership, technical rigour and deep regulatory expertise to support projects that are safe, sustainable, and commercially robust.

As part of the Airey Miller Group, our architects operate within a fully integrated, multidisciplinary consultancy. This structure allows us to mobilise quickly and work seamlessly alongside project managers, cost consultants, fire engineers, surveyors, Principal Designers and BIM specialists, ensuring design intent is aligned with programme, cost, and compliance from the outset.

We deliver full architectural services across RIBA Stages 0–7, supporting residential new build, refurbishment and conversion projects, student accommodation, mixed-use developments, and cladding remediation schemes. Our team is actively engaged in live projects and is immediately available to collaborate on new opportunities, whether at early feasibility, planning, technical delivery, or site stage.

Design, Safety and Sustainability

Our approach is defined by balance: creativity informed by buildability, ambition grounded in regulation, and design quality aligned with commercial reality. With strong expertise in the Building Safety Act regime, façade design and fire safety requirements, we are well placed to support complex residential and high-risk buildings where assurance and outcomes matter.

Leadership, Digital Capability and Delivery Confidence

The Architecture team is led by experienced, RIBA Chartered professionals with decades of combined experience across the UK housing and built environment sectors. This is supported by advanced digital capability, including BIM, 3D visualisation and scan-to-BIM workflows, enabling clarity, co-ordination, and confidence throughout delivery.
