Our services span across all RIBA stages. In addition to our core skills, we can provide BIM and information management as the project design develops through to the procurement stage. As contract administrators, fire engineers, project managers or employer's agents, we can ensure your projects are managed on time, on budget and to a high quality, which is safe to occupy.

At all RIBA stages we have complementary services to add value. At RIBA 7, this includes a dedicated defects management team, as well as surveyors who manage your asset portfolio into the future. Our asset managers can provide assessments in accordance with PAS 2035 and manage the retro fitting of existing buildings.

​We provide a wide range of services to support and add value to development delivery, in a similar approach to the construction management skills of a commercial developer. We can also peer review the activity of the professional team, optimising designs, value engineering, fire strategies and managing the pre-planning stage.
