Leads delivery of tailored client side and capacity building support to councils and their development teams. Caroline also chairs Councils Building Homes - an initiative established in 2018 providing a platform for councils from across the country to share best practice via peer-to-peer learning.

Denise Sheerin AIIRSM TechIOSH

Senior Partner/Director

Head of all aspects of the company administration, human resources and marketing. Denise also heads up business compliance and occupational health and safety.

John Murray MRICS
Senior Partner/Director

Has a wealth of experience in the residential sector, with a particular specialism in developing for registered providers. Experience in co-ordinating regeneration bids, brokering new opportunities and joint ventures.

Peter Airey MRICS IMaPS
Senior Partner/Managing Director

With over 40 years' experience Peter provides his knowledge, expertise and support in all areas of our technical and professional activities. He specialises in procurement where he provides innovation, vision and a pioneering approach, including MMC and BIM management processes.

Colin is our commercial director heading up the cost consultancy.  His background is from the developer and house builder sectors, enabling us to provide developer clients with professional and pragmatic advice. His team adds value through construction management skills, sought by commercial developers.

Kieran Vincent BSc (Hons) MAPM

Heading up our London office, Kieran is an accomplished project and programme manager, specialising in affordable housing. He regularly provides training and development to our clients on the delivery and compliance aspect of funded projects through the Homes England and GLA housing programmes.

Iain Stevens ICIOB

Leading our team in High Wycombe delivering services in to the Midlands, Iain has specialised in cost and quantity surveying for a significant part of his longstanding career; and he has invaluable experience in the management of Section 106 agreements.

With over 20% of our staff being with us in excess of 10 years, our people are certainly the cornerstone of our many years of success.

A vastly experienced IT manager heading up our IT department and information management strategy. Harry ensures our systems are safe and robust; and manages data security across our regions, managing our Cyber Essentials accreditation.

Associate - Project Manager

Leading a small team of project managers, Jon has in-depth knowledge of major construction and building projects delivering both affordable and mixed use schemes.

Kunle Awofeso MSc MRICS MAPM
Project Manager

With over 25 years experience working on large scale high value and high risk residential programmes, he has extensive experience in affordable housing.  Kunle also has experience in private rented as well as market sale housing, having worked on some of the largest residential developments in London.

Leanne Richards
Facilities Manager

Managing facilities across the company, Leanne also leads with the IT Manager on IT and communications. Her drive in pursuing new technologies has consistently helped Airey Miller maintain a forward thinking approach. She also works closely with the Directors.

Mark Humphreys BSc (Hons)
Associate - Fire Safety & Asset Management

A construction and building surveying background enables Mark to manage many passive fire protection remediation projects, supported by a technical team of design managers, architectural technologists and fire engineers, enabling the issue of EWS1 Forms.

Mark Pratten BSc (Hons) MRICS
Technical Director - Project Manager

Mark has significant experience within the affordable housing sector. As our technical director, Mark takes the lead in delivering schemes through the design development process from inception through to RIBA3. He is a member of BIM in Housing, and leads our BIM & information management services.

Associate - Project Manager

Leading a team of surveyors managing projects throughout the south and south east, Phil specialises in affordable housing and supports several G15 clients.

Tim Hart BSc (Hons) MRICS
Project Manager

An experienced project manager delivering large complex schemes for several of our key clients. Tim also leads on our accredited RICS training and development.

Tom Cook BSc (Hons) PGDip MAPM
Associate - Project Manager

Leading a team of surveyors managing projects throughout the west of England.  Tom specialises in affordable housing and supports several key clients, as well as his colleagues in the High Wycombe office.

Tom Vockins BSc (Hons) CP APMP
Bid Manager

Heading up our bids team Tom is the main contact for public sector client frameworks. He also supports our marketing and events management.
