Appointed by Islington and Shoreditch housing association as employer’s agent and principal designer, we advised and insisted on BoPAS accreditation and wrote its requirement within the development agreement. We proactively worked with BoPAS and the supplier to meet the criteria to enable the £1m+ GDV units to be sold as soon as possible.

We managed the pre-contract phase and oversaw the appointment and warranties associated with the developer’s supply chain. At the time of construction, this was one of the tallest CLT buildings in the UK.
