This scheme commenced as an affordable housing scheme to deliver 34 units. Clarion were approached by Cala Homes to enter into contract for the remaining construction of 79 private-sale houses in Pulborough.

We negotiated the private-sale development agreement to a successful conclusion in a three-month period between the parties and oversaw the project on site for Clarion, which was looking to expand its private-sale portfolio. These completed at four units per week, and had a high demand for snagging and EOD inspections.
