This project was a flagship scheme for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association and comprised the design and construction of 90 apartments and four retail units. The apartments were split into out right sale, affordable rent and shared ownership. The four commercial units were delivered as ‘shell and core’, allowing for flexible fitout by occupiers. The project was completed to time and quality, delivered by a full-time clerk of works service towards completion.
