This project for A2Dominion required the delivery of 176 affordable residential dwellings, commercial and retail space, and associated landscaping and service areas. We delivered this project to a tight programme due to funding deadlines, along with meticulous quality constraints and within a strict budget.

As A2Dominion’s appointed cost consultant and project manager, we implemented a project programme, bespoke design brief, and risk register. We worked to a gateway system to ensure compliance. Costs and the brief were managed, reviewed, and adjusted as required at each stage.
