The project features 63 one- and two-bedroom supported housing apartments for the over 55s, incorporating a restaurant, hair salon, multi-purpose rooms, assisted bathroom and staff offices. Horsted Park embodies the HAPPI principles and has a strong sense of inside and outside space with a courtyard garden which encourages residents to spend time outdoors. The scheme was funded through The Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund (CASSH) and investment by our client.
