Home Group PAS 9980 Assessments and Remedial Works

We were instructed to undertake PAS 9980 assessments on blocks within Home Groups Stock identified by their building safety team. Once the reports were completed, if the risk was deemed as intolerable, we were further instructed to produce a fully costed cope of remedial works to enable Home Group to programme works on a risk-based approach in line with their budgets. Once the remedial works programme was agreed, we were appointed to provide contract administration, cost consultancy, principal designer, clerk of works and fire engineer services to manage the remedial works from inception through to completion.
