The Dollar Bay joint venture provides high-value residential apartments in Canary Wharf, and an additional affordable housing development on a nearby site on Thomas Road. Our role was to act as joint venture supervisor and project monitor, maintaining sound relationships for future activity between the partners. We were therefore required to oversee the open-book approach and agree the procurement of the key packages required to undertake the development.
