Barking Riverside is a joint venture between Bellway Homes and the HCA (Homes England). Our client was asked to deliver the initial phases of affordable housing. We were selected due to our experience in our understanding, negotiating, and delivering complex build agreements. Our role was to liaise with all contractors and pull together compatibility between the LTGDC (GLA) and Southern Housing.
