Maximus Panchoo and Rachael Forde Named Finalists at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards

We’re proud to announce that Maximus Panchoo and Rachael Forde have been named finalists at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2025.

This year’s awards received more than 500 entries across all categories, making it one of the most competitive to date. Being shortlisted as finalists is a fantastic achievement—and a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and impact both Maximus and Rachael bring to Airey Miller and the wider sector.

Everyone at Airey Miller is incredibly proud. Maximus and Rachael are inspiring examples of the values we champion: inclusion, commitment, and the development of future leaders in the built environment.
