This year, we proudly celebrate 30 years of Airey Miller - a milestone that marks not just time passed, but the growth, resilience, and evolution of a business built from the ground up.
It all began with Peter Airey, working from the dining room table of his home under the name Peter Airey Associates. In 1995, the business, together with Paul Miller, took its first official steps from modest offices on Beckenham High Street—and Airey Miller was born.
What a journey it’s been.
We’ve navigated recessions and industry-wide challenges. We’ve weathered storms and embraced growth with resilience, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to the people who power this business. The highs have been many, the lows have shaped us and, through it all, we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without Peter Airey, whose early vision shaped every aspect of our growth. Starting with a questionable Ford Escort, no cash reserves, one very part-time member of staff, and four children under the age of ten, Peter led from behind - quietly empowering others and fostering a culture of trust, expertise, and excellence.
That quiet yet strategic leadership remains a defining quality of our company’s DNA.
