ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR — PRINCIPAL DESIGNER BUILDING REGULATIONS (PD-BR)

Neil oversees the Building Regulations compliance function across the business, championing design quality and ensuring that robust, regulation-aligned processes are embedded throughout every project.

Neil is a long-standing RIBA member and an accredited practitioner on the RIBA Principal Designer Building Regulations (PD-BR) Register with over twenty years’ experience. His architectural career spans the education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors.

Neil currently has oversight of 40, PD-BR commissions, across the UK, including several successful Higher-Risk Building (HRB) Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions/ approvals.
