Michael is a Chartered Construction Manager with 15 years’ experience across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover. He has a strong track record of delivering complex, high-risk and multimillion-pound developments, including Build-to-Rent, purpose-built student accommodation and façade remediation schemes. Michael specialises in project management, Employer’s Agent, contract administration and project monitoring services. He is experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder relationships and navigating complex regulatory requirements, including the Building Safety Act, across major city-centre developments in the North.
