Joel is Director of Principal Designer and Health & Safety Services, leading our CDM and Building Regulations compliance offering. He oversees the Health & Safety function across the business, ensuring robust policy and procedural compliance. Joel holds NEBOSH certifications in both Construction and Occupational Health & Safety, and has delivered a wide range of pre- and post-contract schemes across London and the South East as a Principal Designer and CDM Advisor.
