Stockwell Park Regeneration

Challenge: To provide our construction management and professional skills to evaluate the programme targets provided by the Contractor

Project Principles and Objectives.

We were appointed as Network Housing Group’s Principal Project Manager overseeing and reporting back to the development team and main Board on the three principal development sites at Stockwell.

The role as main client representative was to report back to NHG on the actual progress, risk status and financial saving of each of the three elements of the project. We were also required to provide clarity and support to the client from information being provided by NHG’s consultants and contractors.

The three development sites had a construction value of c.£50m delivering 281No. dwellings, predominantly for outright sale.

Each month we reported to the development team on our views of where each of the schemes realistically stood, providing recommendations on improvements to be implemented and proposals to bring forward the developments concentrating on time, cost and quality.

We also reported to the board on where the developments stood against the financial and the risk dashboard and advised on improvement measures to be undertaken or considered.
