Airey Miller continue to expand Sheltered Accomodation portfolio

Airey Miller is pleased to see two elderly living, sheltered accommodation schemes enter into build contract this month!

 

 

60 flats at Appian Court, Bow, East London for Gateway Housing Association with Hill Partnerships comprising 46 rent and 14 shared ownership. Becky Utuka, Director of Development & Sales at Gateway Housing said of the announcement “Thank you all for your assistance – it’s great news. We’ re looking forward to working with Hill Partnerships and Airey Miller to deliver another great scheme for our residents.”

 

 

 Appian Court will provide communal areas and landscaped gardens for 60 residents

 

 

Airey Miller will also provide support at Somerville House in Twickenham for RHP with DCB (Kent) comprising 24 flats for rent.

 

Rob Cummins, New Business Manager at RHP said “RHP are delighted to enter into contract with DCB (Kent) for the development of 24 flats at Somerville House, Twickenham. We’ re looking forward to working with DCB, Airey Miller and Wimshurst Peleritti architects to deliver this outstanding scheme, providing sheltered living accommodation scheme for older persons.”

Director Tim Hart is excited both developments have entered into build contract, he had the following to say; "These are exceptional schemes which provide much needed quality housing for elderly residents. The development at Appian Court will include for the University of Stirling Dementia Design Audit Accreditation on completion."
