Family Mosaic (part of the Peabody Group) have been shortlisted for the 'Best Scheme in Planning' at the National Housing Awards 2017 for the Stonelea and Thornebury site in Leytonstone. Airey Miller is working alongside Peabody and Keepmoat as Employer's Agent on the Scheme,
Now in its 11th year, the National Housing Awards returns to celebrate excellence in home ownership and will take place on Thursday 7th September at the Lancaster Hotel, London.
Peabody received planning permission for 79 units on the sites in 2016. Initially 30 per cent of these units were to be Affordable, however, after negotiating with the council’s Development and Investment Team it was agreed that all of the 79 units would be Affordable Homes. 36 will be let at social rent levels, and the remaining 43 marketed as shared ownership properties.
