Airey Miller invited to Last Tile Ceremony for Rogallo Place Extra Care Scheme – Horsted Park

Tim Hart, who has led on the scheme, was delighted to attend the ceremony for the ‘Last Tile’ to be officially fitted by Tomasz Kozlowski, Assistant Director Physical and Cultural Regeneration for Medway Council. Airey Miller have acted as Employer’s Agent for Rogallo Place alongside AmicusHorizon and represents another successful Extra Care Scheme. We were welcomed to Monday’s event by Neil Tickle, who was thrilled to announce the topping out of this latest exciting commission. 

 

 

 

 

The scheme, which is due to open at the end of the year, will consist of 63 spacious apartments available for rent or shared ownership. The accommodation is designed for residents to live in complete comfort. Apartments are self-contained with a full wet room, fitted kitchen and large lounge. Residents have access to a care team that are on site 24 hours a day to provide care and respond to emergencies.

Access to apartments is security controlled, ensuring residents’ privacy and peace of mind. The courtyard area, accessible from the restaurant offers a great meeting place for residents and their families.
