Tim Hart, who has led on the scheme, was delighted to attend the ceremony for the ‘Last Tile’ to be officially fitted by Tomasz Kozlowski, Assistant Director Physical and Cultural Regeneration for Medway Council. We were welcomed to Monday’s event by Neil Tickle, who was thrilled to announce the topping out of this latest exciting commission.
