The development consists of 36 shared ownership dwellings being constructed by Berkeley Homes for Affinity Sutton with a contract sum of £3,765,000.00.
The dwellings are designed to achieve code for sustainable homes level 3 and meet the GLA’s design and quality standards, whilst having an aesthetically unique external envelope and public plaza area.
The role undertaken is that of client’s representative and our early involvement in the project was to negotiate an enhanced internal specification, including kitchens, bathrooms, floor coverings and tiling as well as the use of the communal gym and concierge facilities on the site.
