Colin Nicholson  

Cost Consultancy & Commercial

Colin is our Commercial Director heading up our QS and cost consultancy services. Colin's background is from the developer and housbuilder sector. This enables us to provide our developer clients with pragmatic advice together with the optimisation and value engineering skills sought by commercial developers.

Peter Airey 

Technical & JV Support

Peter leads the technical and procurement service provisions. His support teams can provide technical project management, on-site monitoring as well as a practical support and administration of contracts, agreements and funding arrangements.

Caroline Pillay  

Public Sector

Caroline has a wealth of experience in the delivery of urban regeneration projects, both as a consultant and client side. Her team provide development and project management services and, in conjunction with her colleagues throughout Airey Miller, a complete strategic, commercial and technical advisory service. An example of which is one of the largest regeneration projects in London where we are supporting Homes for Lambeth.
