Heading our London office Kieran is an accomplished Project Manager and Employer’s Agent specialising in the PRS and affordable housing sectors. He regularly provides training and development to our clients on the delivery and compliance aspect of funded projects through the HCA and GLA housing programme.

Tim Hart

Tim manages a team of Surveyors, Project Managers and Site Inspectors to expand and build on our presence in the Kent region from our head office in Sevenoaks. This involves providing quality new homes and facilities for families and young people in the South East, giving them opportunity to settle and develop communities serving their locality and the economy of the area.

Iain Stevens

Iain has specialised in cost and quantity surveying for a significant part of his longstanding career; and he has invaluable experience in the execution of Section 106 Agreements and working as an Employer's Agent, Project Manager and Principal Designer.

Mark Pratten

Mark is a qualified Building Surveyor with over 10 year’s experience working in the affordable housing sector. As our Technical Director, Mark takes the lead in delivering various new build residential schemes through the entire procurement process from inception through to contract, start on site and completion.

’Kunle has over 25 years’ experience working on large scale, high value and high risk residential programmes and projects. He has extensive experience in affordable housing, PRS housing as well as market sale housing having worked on some of the largest housing developments in London.

Sheza Methasani

Sheza supports the Directors with her financial experience and knowledge. As well as giving us the benefits of her accountancy experience, she also manages our financial quality management processes.

Leanne Richards

Leanne is Facilities and Asset Manager at our head office in Sevenoaks and leads on the IT and communications functions across the business. Her drive in pursuing innovative working practices and new technologies has consistently helped Airey Miller maintain a forward thinking approach. Leanne also works closely with the Directors to implement and maintain our accredited management systems.  
 

James Miller 

BSc (Hons)  ICIOB

An experienced Project Manager, having initially joined Airey Miller in 2008 with a Building Surveying background. James has excellent project management skills that have been demonstrated when working for a selection of clients, developers and contractors, both in and outside of London. A great understanding of risk versus reward and risk mitigation which has been demonstrated on land led schemes, advising clients accordingly and using various project management tools at pre-contract stage to manage risk and track activities, proactively pushing projects forward.

Chris is a chartered construction manager with over 10 years’ experience working in the affordable housing sector. He takes the lead in delivering various new build residential schemes through the entire procurement process from inception through to contract, start on site and completion.

Jon Lukes

Jon has years of experience working in the Affordable Housing sector, now jointly heading up a team of Project Managers. Jon has in-depth knowledge of major construction and building projects delivering both Affordable and mixed use schemes throughout the South and South East of England.

Phil Wilsdon

Joined Airey Miller as an Assistant Project Manager in January 2013 following 6 years experience as a Contract Administrator with a design background. This background enables Phil to apply design experience to his projects. Phil is involved with Section 106 schemes as well as delivery of schemes Pre- Contract.
