We consulted with house managers to fully understand all issues and implemented changes requested. Statutory compliance works were also implemented and we managed expectations so as to provide a positive effect on the day-to-day activity of the property.
In addition our defect analysis and survey of the building identified areas of repair, renovation and maintenance necessary to ensure only a modest level of future on-going maintenance.
