We assisted the developer to achieve EcoHomes ‘excellent’ on several units. We also robustly negotiated the inclusion of the client preferred kitchen unit supplier. This required us to negotiate with the supplier to meet call-off requirements.
We developed and agreed the design brief with the end user for the specialist housing element and negotiated works with the developer. We undertook rigorous site inspections, benchmark snagging and obtained ‘zero defects’ on 98% of units completed.
