We are delighted to have been awarded the Employer’s Agent, Independent Certifier & Cost Consultancy roles for this exciting 31-storey residential tower providing 121 prime residential apartments in Canary Wharf, London.

Dollar Bay is a Joint Venture between Citystyle Homes and Mount Anvil. The development provides a range of studio, one, two and three bedroom homes, each of which will have an enclosed winter gardens together with a three-storey penthouse with 360-degree views of London.

For the Joint Venture Partnership we reviewed all supply chain tender package prices to ensure overall compliance with the original cost plan.

Our services extend to quality management inspections of all of the 121 apartments to ensure the exacting standards are maintained throughout. In addition we are acting as Independent Certifiers for the financial institution funding the project.

Dollar Bay originally received planning permission in March 2012 and construction began in early 2014, with delivery expected in early 2017.
