Led by Colin Nicholson, our Commercial Director, we can provide commercial, technical and design management skills to optimise our clients' development opportunities. Colin is our Commercial Director heading up our QS and cost consultancy services. Colin's background is from the developer and housbuilder sector. This enables us to provide our developer clients with pragmatic advice together with the optimisation and value engineering skills sought by commercial developers.

Andrew is a qualified QS and brings a wealth of main contractor experience and knowledge to Airey Miller, having worked for over 15 years at Kier Construction and more recently Neilcott construction. Andrew strengthens our cost consultancy, construction management and pre-construction service offerings.

John Murray 

MRICS

Senior Director

John has a wealth of knowledge in the residential sector and a particular specialism with developing registered provider clients. He has significant experience co-ordinating regeneration bids and uses his skills to lead the team to successfully broker new opportunities, deliver on joint venture partnerships as well as lead partner with our PRS clients.
