Challenge

To ensure the scheme is delivered to the demanding quality parameters set by all parties and that it meets all GLA standards where required.

We are delighted to have been awarded the role of Purchaser’s Agent for the delivery of the affordable housing within this exciting prime development in the heart of south west London on the banks of the River Thames.

The development consists of the construction of the River Tower (43 storeys) and City Tower (57 storeys) to provide up to 491 residential units, retail, office space and a 5 star hotel together with a viewing space. At the time of writing, the scheme is currently the highest residential development in London.

Our services extend to contract negotiation and a quality inspection of each of our client's apartments to ensure the exacting standards are met throughout. In addition, we are also liaising with the developer and their design team to ensure that the scheme will be designed in line with GLA design standards.
