Celia is an experienced project and programme manager, with over 30 years’ experience working for local authorities and housing associations within private and public sector housing regeneration and renewal. Celia leads on supporting clients to establish all aspects of programme and project management offices (PMO) and project governance. She also supports our service and project management processes aligned to quality management systems, risk management and programme reporting.

Celia leads on client organisational capacity building through learning and development analysis and the development of bespoke client-driven capacity building programmes.
